The lineage

Why Maharṣi Parāśara.

Of every Vedic astrology school — Parāśarī, Jaimini, Tājika, Nāḍī, KP — the root is Bṛhat Parāśara Horā Śāstra. Parāśara is paramācārya, the codifier whose canonical text every school cross-references and refines from.

Most apps quote "Vedic" while skipping the formulas. Their ṣaḍbala is unverified, their yogas absent, their doṣas weaponised for upsell. We implement Parāśara verse-by-verse. Jaimini's Cara Kārakas as a supporting layer. Ayanāṃśa picker (Lahiri / Raman / KP) on Sādhaka tier. The base is always Parāśarī — the way the texts were written.

Jyotiṣa has two layers. The surface is math — software does that honestly, with zero ego, zero upsell. The depth is grace, the right teacher at the right moment, the timing of inner work. No tool reaches that. We don't pretend to.

Why we charge — and would rather not.

Servers don't run on prayers. Compute, security, hosting, support — these have a real bill someone has to pay. So we charge enough to keep the lights on, never enough to call this a business.
